Held Mail
When a message does not meet any filter criteria, is not from
a friend and not from a banned address, an authentication request is dispatched
to the sender and the message is removed from your POP box and placed in the
HELD messages queue.
You can view messages that have been held by clicking on the
HELD mail icon. From here you can review messages that have been held,
approve messages and ban messages.
The held mail dialog offers several options.

Viewing and Searching The Held Mail Queue.
From time to time you may want to review mail in the HELD mail queue to ensure
that no legitimate emails are being held back. depending on the volume of spam
you get this queue can get to be quite large.
To aid in naviagating you are offered :
The arrow buttons on the left will take you to the next/last page of the queue.
You can also enter the page you want to view in the textbox labeled page
X of X.
You can also set a viewing filter which will filter out messages and only show
you messages that meet a specific criteria that you define.
Viewing Messages:
You can read any given message by clicking on the Read Msg
icon on the toolbar or double clicking the message you wish to read.
Ban Messages
By clicking ban button, the selected message will be removed from the HELD queue
and the sender will be placed on the banned list.
Approve Messages
By clicking the approve button the message will be removed from the HELD queue,
placed back into your POP3 account's inbox and the sender will be added to your
friends list. TNL Antispam will search all Held messages and release any other
messages from that person that you may have missed.
Searching For Messages.
The Held Messages screen allows you to search for held messages that
match a certain criteria. To do this, select the field you wish to search in
in the filter drop down box (i.e. to, from, cc, subject, body, etc). Then type
in the search criteria in the search box.
