Work With Batch Number
There may be a situation where you need to review new orders that came in the day before.
If you check for new orders once a day and todays batch number is 10, common sense
will tell you that yesterdays batch number was 9. TechCart provides an option to
work with previous batches. Simply select the radio button next to WORK WITH BATCH
NUMBER and then type in the batch number you would like to work with in the space provided
finally click the button labeled GET ORDERS and you will be working with the batch of
orders you have selected.
At any time you can click on CURRENT BATCH to return to the current batch of
orders.
Orders from xx/xx/xxxx thru xx/xx/xxxx
Sometimes you will want to deal with orders that have come in within a certain
week or date range. For viewing orders by range you would select the radio button
ORDERS FROM XX/XX/XXX thru XX/XX/XXXX select the date range from the drop down menu and
press GET ORDERS to view the range.
This is also helpful if you are searching for a particular order that you knew came in on
a certain date. By putting the same date in both selections you can view orders for
a single day.
Search By...
When all else fails and you are looking for a particular order. The SEARCH BY option
can be very helpful. By selecting the SEARCH BY radio button you can find orders by;
order number, batch number, customer name, or state.
