Finding Older Orders

There may be a situation that arises that would require you to retrieve an order that may be several weeks old. TechCart automatically purges orders over 120 days old, but if the order you need to access is less than 120 days old you can search for it using the search function. The search function can be accessed from the main Store Owners Area page. You will be required to enter the order number. An order number is assigned to all orders taken by TechCart. The order number appears on the customer’s confirmation as a reference number.
