List Information: General Statistics Tab
The first thing you will see when you open a list through the List Administration
GUI is the LIST INFORMATION WINDOW. The list information window is also available
from the OPTIONS menu in the GUI.
The list information window offers a lot of data about your list including some
information about your list configuration, number of subscribers and message
posting statistics.

List Information: General Statistics Tab
The General statistics tab is the first window you see when you open a list. This screen contains a lot of information about your list. Below is an explanation of all the information:
List Name:
The name of the list you are working with.
List Address:
The email address that message are sent to for the list.
List Description:
The description of the list that you provided.
List Owner Name:
The list owner's name
List Owner Email:
The list owner's email address.
Total Subscribers:
Total number of users subscribed to the current list
Total Messages:
Total number of messages archived for this list.
Total Files In Repository
Total number of files available in the file repository.
Total Messages In Trash
Total number of messages sitting in the Trash folder.
Total Messages Sent
Total number of messages in the SENT folder.
Total Messages Failed
Total number of messages that could not be sent for some reason. (Failed Folder).
Subject Line Prefix:
The subject line prefix that appears on all messages from the list.
Reply To:
Where replies to messages sent from the list go to.
Messages Addressed From:
How messages from the list are addressed.
Send Out Rejection Msgs:
Whether or not the list is configured to send out notifications when a message is rejected by the system.
Allow File Attachments
Whether or not file attachments are allowed to be sent to the list.
Who Can Post Messages
Who is allowed to post to this list.
This List Is:
Whether or not the list is moderated or not.
Usage Statistics
The usage statatistics tab offers some overall message traffic data.

Most of the information on this screen is self explanatory.
Daily Breakdown
The daily breakdown is similar to the Usage Statistics tab however, this tab
allows you to break message traffic down on a day by day basis.
To see traffic information for a particular day, simply click on that particular
day on the provided calendar.
